Eternal Healing

My heart is opening--healing.
Scars are being transformed
Tissue repair is happening,

A chemical reaction is occurring,
My head is connecting to my heart.

Loneliness wells up, memories of deep sorrow flood in.
A cloud of pressure covers me and weighs over me.

My Spirit did not break.
The relief is coming, the gap is closing.

Life-force is within me.
My heart expands.
I radiate beams of golden light through my center.
Back to Source, to all living creation.

I am part of the Circle.
I belong.
I am needed...
to heal.
I do my part.
