Ride the wave of power.

Open and expand into bliss,
feel your freedom, your seat of power and ride.

Release the strain and pain of thought and move
Dance a rhythm of sacred sensuality and explore
Inner realms of breath and life

Know the truth of you and follow your inner guidance, to your most awesome powerful self.

One in motion with the sun, the moon, the stars, Earth and sky.  Match your soul with the blueprint of all that is and you are free to fly.


Find your wings of power and ride.

Pretend you are a snake and slither along
Lie on the floor and allow your body to wither
Then pretend you are a fish and your legs are fins
You are swimming in an ocean blue

Feel the floor supporting you,
Imagine the water holding you,
Push your pelvis to the floor and rock back and forth.

Pretend you are a child and stretch and roll and play,
Breath in the freedom you have within you and know it is always there,
An eternal rhythm of circles and figure eight’s.

Draw the infinity figure and do it over and over,
Until you feel it actually release the same,
Rhythmic pattern inside your body.
