Body of Emotions

Oh, you challenge me so…

With your size and capacity
I learned to extend you,
to overwhelm with you,
to overeat, oversex, oversleep,
overfeel, overanalyze.

Sensitive and perceptive,
you are my gift.

Help me hold you;
Containment of orange
Groundedness of red
Open yellow
Green breath of joy

Speak in blue
Opens my vision in violet

Oh, fountain of white
Spray me with your light.

Balance my sexuality; finances, relations, creativity

I pray for the courage to listen and clear you

So we may grow, mature and Live in aliveness and wholeness.
Help me welcome this peace, and health into my being.
